Administration Structure

All entries in WebGenesis have a specific position in a hierachical administration structure:

Information categories are used to classify entries. Each category is identified by an specific icon:

  • folder Directories (Folders) are used to structure information (cf. recommendations for setting up and editing entries)
  • document Documents contain the actual information.
  • discussion forum discussion forums support communication amongst WebGenesis users.
  • address book adress books contain addresses, for example of registered users.
  • With cross reference Cross References you can refer to other entries in WebGenesis. References can be recognized by the arrow symbol ( reference).
  • In some WebGenesis customizations you can find additional information categories (e.g. calendar, shop, etc.). Note the Special Features of your Server.
