Name:

The Name is used in the directory path. It shows the current position in the hierachical administration structure. Short entry names should be chosen when creating or editing entries.

Note:
The "name" is a compulsory field and should consist of max. 24 characters (A-Z, a-z, 0-9 and "-"). Specially be careful not to use special characters (blanks, slashes,...)!

Title:

The Title appears in lists of entries and as headings.
If the title is not entered, when creating or editing an entry, the name automatically appears instead.

Ordering:

You can determine how the subordinate entries of an entry should be arranged:
  • To achieve an alphabetical order (in the listing) of subordinate entries, you have to select category and title or just title.
  • In the above case, if all subordinate entries have an own Seq.No., they will be arranged according to this numbering.
Note: If the Seq.No. has been left out in a subordinate entry, it is put at the end of the sub-entry listing.
  • The Seq.No. of subordinate entries is ignored when creation date or modification date is selected for ordering.

Seq.No.:

The Seq.No. sets the position within the parent entry, if an ordering by category and title (or just title) has been set there.
