Keywords (meta data)

The subject of an entry is determined by entering keywords in the corresponding meta data field:

Terms	Selecting this option opens the Thesaurus Context Window. You can transfer several terms of the thesaurus into the left field.
Extra Descriptors	In the right field you can add your own terms. All terms have to be written in a separate line.

Note:
It is recommended to use the keywords out of the pre-stored thesaurus.

Example:
If you add the keyword IBM to an entry you will find even if you seach for company (if company is the parent of IBM in the thesaurus).
