Adding Access Rights

In the field Selection Groups/Users

of the access right administration form, you can choose from the following options:

• The left scroll field shows all existing group and as an option all user names in WebGenesis. To show or hide all users click on Show Users.
  The group Any at the top of the list is used to give access to the whole world (i.e. to all internet users). The other group names are arranged hierachically and the user names in each group are listed in alphabetical order.
• You can transfer a user name into the field Current access rights by selecting a user or group and clicking the Add button. This allows you to give (or take away) rights to certain users/groups (cf. Changing Individual Rights).
• The field Quick Search helps you to find a group or user name in the scroll field. If you enter the first letters of the name, the first matching group or user name is shown in the scroll field.

The changes are not saved in WebGenesis until you click on the button Save.
