Upload/Download of Contents
You can add contents (files) to an entry, by selecting the option Contents in the menu Edit (only if you have full access to the entry). The contents upload form appears.
Existing files
In this field you can remove already existing files. Select one or more files in the scroll field and click on the Remove button.

Add Files
To replace existing files, or upload new files you can click on the button Browse and select a data on your local disk / local network. In principle you can upload any kind of file.
You can upload the files one after another but it is easier to pack them into
a ZIP folder (ZIP folder: a standard format to pack and compress data) and upload
them at once.
Note:
If you use a ZIP folder to upload your data, do not forget to select the
Check-Box Bulk Upload. This way the uploaded ZIP-file will be unpacked
after the upload.
Click the button Upload. If the transfer is successful the name of the uploaded data (or the names of the files in the ZIP-file if it was a bulk upload) appears in the scroll field Existing files.
Presentation of the uploaded files
If you now click the button back the uploaded files are listed in the section Contents (in the right part of the standard representation).

All files in the field Contents can be downloaded:
- When clicking the link Download All WebGenesis creates a ZIP folder (a standard format for compressing files) with all files that were added to this entry. You can save the ZIP folder on your local disk.
-
To view a file select the corresponding link. The browser normally starts
the standard viewer.
To save the file you have to click on the link with the right mouse key. In the pull down menu select "Save Link as ...".
