Recommendations for the creation and editing of entries

As content coordinator you should use the possibilities of WebGenesis to structure and administer your information. For this purpose you can use the information category directory.

You should also carry out the following tasks:
  • Structure your information with the help of directory entries.
  • You should determine a user in each group who is responsible for the contents of the information.
  • Create an address book with all users and groups.
  • Assign rights to the subproject coordinators.

After the above entries have been created, each project participant should check the directories of his organization and project as to if:

  1. the content is correct,
  2. keywords have been assigned and match the entry content,
  3. the access rights are given correctly,
  4. the address information is correct.
